I authorize USPassportOnline.com to submit my passport application to the U.S. Passport Agency and to accept delivery of the passport on my behalf. Under the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974 (Public Law 93-579), no information may be released from U.S. Government files without the prior written consent of the individual in question. Therefore, an employee of the U.S. Department of State cannot discuss the details of your passport application with the courier without your permission. I will agree to this condition by signing the Letter of Authorization given to me by US Passport Online LLC.

Please understand that your acceptance of the terms and conditions signifies that you understand the following: US Passport Online LLC. acts as your limited passport agent for the purpose of submitting and guiding your application through a passport courier; US Passport Online LLC. will not accept responsibility for delays in or loss of any document(s) by any party not directly under their control, including, but not limited to, Travel Agents, Consulates, Embassies, Passport Offices, or any other individual/delivery-service involved in handling documents.

It is also understood that you are paying an additional fee to US Passport Online and that government fees are still to be paid by you to the US Department of State, which is their fee for issuing a passport to you. We assist you throughout the entire passport expediting process by helping you submit & retrieve your passport as your authorized passport courier, in a time you have selected. US Passport Online LLC. does not issue or claim to issue your passport or any other travel documents.

I understand, with this hand-carry passport service, that a travel itinerary is required. If a travel itinerary is incapable of being provided, then you must provide a letter from a business or hotel stating you are traveling soon so that The Department of State may accept you for an expedited service.

Please also acknowledge that USPassportOnline.com is not responsible for any delays or errors caused by mail couriers such as FedEx or other commercial carriers. We are also not responsible for any delays resulting from errors or omissions in information provided to us by you, the passport applicant. Applicants are responsible to correctly complete all materials on a U.S Passport application.

US Passport Online LLC. has no control over the decisions made by Department of State regarding denial or approval of any passport. Please note that the content and/or completeness of your applications and statements may affect the decision to either approve or deny your U.S. Passport. Also understand that it is your responsibility to turn in a complete and accurate application of the information submitted to the Department of State for procurement of any passport.

Although we are providing you with the expedition of a US Passport, we still have no control over any official requirement that an issuing authority may require. The requirements for procurement of a passport can and will often change. We are not to be held responsible for changes in US Department of State requirements, yet we will do our best in order to notify you of any of these changes.

US Passport Online holds the right to refuse any service to any customer for any reason that may cause damage or inaccurate information that leads to a law being broken either local, state, or federal. Without limitation, our maximum liability for Refusal of service is limited to the amount of fee paid to and collected by us from you under all circumstances.

USPassportOnline.com its owners, couriers and affiliates can not provide any guaranties of the information implied. Liability is limited to fees paid and collected. If required documentation, whether standard or supporting, is not received by our couriers with-in the specified time period given to you by your case manager, then additional charges may be asked of you. In order for us to provide you a service by the departure date listed by you in your online order form, these requirements must be met. Even in such an event, with the accruement of additional fees or charges, we still can not guarantee that your passport request will be complete in the needed time of your departure. Required documentation is the responsibility of the person or persons submitting a passport application.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions of US Passport Online, you have agreed to purchase the service stated. Consequently, when your application is accepted, refunds are not possible for any reason, (ie. Flight Cancellations, Missing Flights, Flight Delays, Travel Itinerary Changes, etc...).

Cancellation Policy:

Our system will not allow an order to be processed without your acceptance of the terms of service. If you agree to the terms of service, the below holds true:

  • If you cancel an order within 10 business days of placing it, you may request a refund of your purchase subject to the reservation fee which is non-refundable. Reservation fees vary by type of service. See the below table:

  • If you wish to cancel after 10 business days of placing your order you will be held liable for the full amount of your expediting fee, which is non-refundable.
  • If you would like to cancel once your passport application has been accepted by one of our couriers, you will be charged for the full amount of your expediting fee. In such an instance, the packaged documents will be shipped back to the client at his or her shipping expense. All government checks and documentation will be returned.
  • Cancelled orders will take up to 15 business days to refund back to the card used. Refunds will only be paid to the original card the order was placed on, not in the form of cash, check, ect. Your speed of service can be downgraded or canceled within the first 10 business days once the order has been placed. Orders cannot be downgraded or canceled for any reason, after 10 business days. The cancellation of any order after 10 business days will result in a charge depending on the speed level of service. Level upgrades after 10 business days from which the original order was placed are non-refundable.

It is our guarantee that the service and delivery of your passport, within the time frame selected, will be fulfilled, unless the conditions listed in this agreement are not met. By accepting the terms and conditions, you agree that our maximum liability to any customer is the amount of fee paid to and collected by US Passport Online, and under all circumstances from you or parties you may represent, without limitation. US Passport Online does not guarantee or imply other than what is stated in these Terms and Conditions. We shall never, under any circumstance, be liable for direct or indirect damages of any kind. Also note that any deliveries made on Saturday are subject to an additional charge of $20 and are only arranged with your verbal approval.

If under any circumstance litigation up rises between you and US Passport Online LLC., US Passport Online reserves the right to hold hearing in courts within its company State and County.

By your acceptance of the terms and conditions, you hold an agreement to the above without dispute. The terms and conditions listed above must be accepted when placing any and all orders to enable the use of US Passport Online LLC. in expediting a US Passport.
